📋 Description

• Drive the evolution of financial products and processes impacted by Tax Reform • Connect business needs with Product and Technology teams • Understand business rules and transform tax, financial, and accounting needs into clear development requirements • Develop and communicate the product vision and objectives • Organize, detail, and prioritize the backlog • Create epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Lead refinement sessions, discovery, and delivery planning • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements • Align priorities with stakeholders and Technology teams • Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and scope changes • Support the development and evolution of the roadmap • Ensure clarity regarding priorities, deadlines, and expected outcomes • Track product metrics and value generation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in related Product roles • Knowledge of financial products • Experience or knowledge of Tax Reform, tax, fiscal, financial, or accounting processes • Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams • Ability to translate complex business rules into clear requirements • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship-management skills • Analytical, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset • Decision-making ability and a strong sense of ownership • Preferred: experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or payment services • Preferred: participation in regulatory compliance or Tax Reform projects • Preferred: knowledge of billing, payment, and accounting entry processes • Preferred: experience with system integrations and APIs • Preferred: certifications in Product Ownership, Product Management, or agile methodologies
