Description

• Build services in Python that communicate with embedded devices and industrial controllers (e.g. EtherNet/IP, S7comm, BACnet) • Construct and maintain integration logic connecting Verve's application to third-party APIs • Work directly with product management, customers, and stakeholders to refine and breakdown product requirements • Become well versed in OT (Operational Technology) and industrial control systems for building better tools and services

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in a modern object-oriented and memory-managed language such as Java, C#, Python, or Ruby • Experience working on large Python code bases with a large number of contributors • Product-driven software development experience • Understanding of modern software engineering practices like agile project management, CI/CD and test automation • Ability to quickly understand, modify, and extend large, existing Python codebase • Exceptional written and verbal communication towards sharing complex ideas and ensuring the whole team can follow along and contribute
