Description

• Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to drive product development from concept to launch. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing payments software products. • Exceptional writing skills. • High degree of organizational and program management skills. • Deep experience working in agile development teams, with a keen understanding of agile methodologies and best practices. • Highly skilled with hypothesis-driven work planning. • Strong preference for payments knowledge, including card acceptance and issuing, ACH, RTP, Digital Wallets, and Alternative Payment Methods. • Familiarity with API and cloud-based payment processing solutions.
