📋 Description
• Diagnose learning needs and design effective learning solutions • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders • Develop e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, and assessments • Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement • Manage learning content within the LMS and ensure accessibility
🎯 Requirements
• Mid-level experience in instructional design • Proficient in Articulate Storyline • Knowledge of adult learning principles and accessibility standards • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Ability to conduct needs analyses and define learning strategies • Ability to design and develop learning assets across modalities • Strong collaboration and project coordination skills.
