📋 Description

• Diagnose learning needs and design, develop, and deploy effective learning solutions • Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging, measurable learning experiences • Lead structured needs analyses, identify performance gaps and root causes, and define success metrics • Develop learning objectives and recommend instructional strategies and delivery methods aligned with business outcomes • Design and build e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments • Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, visual design, and interaction design principles • Deliver learning projects on time and within scope • Implement knowledge checks, performance measures, and feedback mechanisms • Analyze learning data and use insights to improve content, delivery methods, and instructional approaches • Administer LMS content, courses, assessments, reporting, organization, tracking, and version control • Coordinate with SMEs, technical teams, designers, and developers; communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs • Collect and synthesize learner and stakeholder feedback and iterate learning solutions • Research emerging instructional design methods and learning technologies and adopt relevant best practices • Identify and integrate AI and automation to improve learning design, personalization, content creation, evaluation, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level experience • Ability to conduct structured needs analyses and identify performance gaps, root causes, and success metrics • Ability to translate findings into learning objectives aligned with business outcomes • Experience designing and developing e-learning modules via Articulate, instructor-led materials, videos, simulations, job aids, and assessments • Knowledge of adult learning principles and accessibility standards • Ability to implement assessment strategies and analyze learning data • Experience using instructional authoring and multimedia tools, e.g. Articulate Storyline • Experience managing learning content in an LMS, including course configuration, assessments, reporting, organization, accessibility, tracking, and version control • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, designers, and developers • Ability to research and apply instructional design methods, adult learning research, and learning technologies • Ability to use AI and automation for instructional design efficiency, personalization, content creation, evaluation, analysis, and data interpretation
