📋 Description

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and workflows • Support development of APIs and integrations with other systems and services • Help identify and address performance, scalability, and reliability considerations • Participate in technical discussions and collaborate on design decisions • Contribute to testing practices, including unit and integration tests • Review code with peers and support shared coding standards • Work with QA, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver effective solutions • Support investigation and resolution of technical issues across the platform • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development, particularly backend or platform-based systems • Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-based applications is helpful • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) • Familiarity with cloud technologies and environments (e.g., AWS, containers, Kubernetes, Docker) • Understanding of APIs, integrations, and service-based architectures • Familiarity with databases, data structures, and general software design principles • Experience supporting troubleshooting and debugging across application layers • Collaborative approach to working with teams • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly • Willingness to learn and develop new skills • Ability to manage priorities in a structured way
