📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for implementing software solutions for financial accounting and related processes at public-sector administrations and churches • Ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, timelines, and budget • Coordinating stakeholders at all levels • Organizing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and acceptance testing • Working closely with customers, internal project teams, and external service providers • Ensuring project documentation is maintained and regularly reporting on project progress • Managing requirements and conducting risk analyses • Deriving and implementing appropriate measures • Starting as a Consultant with intensive onboarding and gradually preparing to take on project management responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on financial accounting • Initial experience leading IT or software projects • Industry experience in municipal administration is a plus • Knowledge of financial accounting and municipal budgeting processes is a plus • Knowledge of project management methods, both traditional and agile; certification such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master is an advantage • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work • Empathy when working with diverse stakeholders • Willingness to travel within the German states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland • Business-fluent German
