Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Proposal Manager/Contract Administrator to join our team in the federal market. • This role will primarily focus on supporting the proposal management process, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and coordinating with various government agencies. • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with proposal compliance, proposal development and management, and execution of contract administration tasks. • Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating proposal teams for federal opportunities, reviewing proposal documents for compliance, tracking proposal milestones, and supporting the development of contracts and cost/price volumes for federal proposals. • The role also involves utilizing Salesforce to maintain accurate records of proposal activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the administration of contracts. • Additionally, the candidate will communicate and collaborate with internal teams during the post-award phase to facilitate a smooth transition and contract execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. • DAWIA Level II Contracts certification or equivalent • 5+ years experience supporting proposal management, working as a government contracts professional, and/or performing contract administration in the federal market. • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations and compliance requirements. • Strong attention to detail and ability to review proposal documents for compliance and accuracy. • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and internal stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
