📋 Description

• We are seeking a self-driven and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our clients team. • This versatile role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. • The ideal candidate will handle accounts receivable, client onboarding, administrative duties, and ensure seamless client communication. • Remote: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST (5 PM to 3 AM SAST).

🎯 Requirements

• Manage accounts receivable, including welcoming new clients, explaining next steps, and collecting deposits for construction projects. • Utilize a custom CRM system (prior CRM experience is a must). • Act as a liaison between clients and the team, promptly reporting any issues and addressing client concerns. • Upload necessary documents to city rebate portals accurately and on time. • Perform structured daily administrative tasks and maintain an organized workflow. • **Qualifications:** • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. • Exceptionally organized, structured, and detail-oriented. • Experience with CRM systems. • Ability to manage administrative-intensive tasks with precision.
