• The IT Support Associate will play a critical role in helping VISO TRUST maintain and improve technical systems to support employees • Responsibilities include identifying, investigating, and resolving software and hardware problems, consulting with users, guiding diagnostic processes, collaborating with staff, and maintaining knowledge of technology innovations and trends

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to explain technical issues to employees and customers • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • General familiarity with MacOS operating system
