📋 Description

• Execute core talent acquisition initiatives using project management fundamentals, structured toolkits, OKR tracking, and communication plans • Design and implement tailored talent acquisition programs, including interview frameworks, core policies, and Future Talent cohort programs • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to build and embed hiring manager upskilling programs and training content • Lead cross-functional compliance frameworks related to GDPR, pay transparency, and other regulations • Run change management campaigns to ensure ongoing governance • Collaborate with the DEI & Employee Experience team on attraction, sourcing, and selection goals • Enforce hiring manager SLAs and protect recruitment lifecycle integrity • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience • Experiment with AI-powered recruiting technologies to improve day-to-day efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in project management, recruiting operations, or a talent-related role • Advanced proficiency in project management governance • Robust document writing skills • Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables • Proficiency solving moderately complex problems through analysis and judgment within defined procedures • Foundational understanding of structured change management methodologies • Ability to lead without authority and rally cross-functional teams and subject matter experts • Working knowledge of AI applications and integration into talent acquisition workflows (nice to have) • Formal project or program management certifications (nice to have)
