Requirements

• 2+ years managing high-performing, senior engineering teams. • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer developing user-facing applications. • Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices. • BONUS • Strong opinions on what makes a good software product. • Experience working closely with designers and product managers. • Clear business impact through the launch of successful product initiatives requiring multiple engineers.
