Description

• Lead mobile development teams across Android and iOS platforms • Collaborate with web and api teams for a cohesive customer experience • Mentor and guide direct reports for professional development • Ensure well-tested, maintainable, and performant code • Foster a positive and productive work environment • Review teams' code for quality and share knowledge • Advocate for mobile engineering best practices • Champion for the quality of the mobile codebase

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading mobile engineering teams in a SaaS environment • Proven experience in building native mobile apps (iOS preferred) • Thrive in an agile software development lifecycle • Expertise in mobile development practices • Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
