📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator pipelines • Manage job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, hiring decisions, offers, and pre-onboarding • Provide clear and regular candidate updates and keep the team informed through async and live channels • Maintain accurate ATS and recruiting tool data • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience • Use recruiting data and candidate/customer feedback to identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements • Test and implement process improvements • Use AI and automation to reduce repetitive recruiting tasks • Contribute ideas to team strategy, priorities, and next steps • Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a People role, such as Talent Acquisition, Training, People Operations, HR, or employee experience • Direct recruiting experience is not required • Experience improving a workflow, system, or user experience • Clear, concise, and confident communication in English • C1 or C2-level English • Experience using AI in day-to-day work and exploring automation tools • Ability to exercise judgment when using AI tools • Ability to share ideas, challenge constructively, and follow through • Ability to set priorities, make sound decisions, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, async-heavy environment • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute • 2+ years at a company in work history • Must be located in Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, or Ecuador
