• Senior Customer Success Manager role • Serve as primary contact and trusted partner for clients • Monitor and optimize customer experience • Provide ongoing training and support • Drive business plan to achieve customer's Measures of Success • Drive contract renewals, expansions, and revenue growth
Requirements
