• Create onboarding content including talk tracks and FAQs • Develop commercial and customer success talk tracks • Build internal reference documentation • Curate mobile and web app content • Align app content with growth, engagement, and retention goals • Develop a distinct tone for app content reflecting Viz.ai's brand voice • Monitor and refine app content based on user feedback and analytics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field • Proven experience as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare and/or tech industry • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience working cross-functionally with product, clinical, engineering, regulatory, sales, and customer success teams is a plus
