📋 Description

• Your mission as Field Sales Manager (Frankfurt am Main region) is to get vly onto the shelves of grocery retailers. • You will independently manage our major accounts on site, primarily REWE & EDEKA. • You will acquire new supermarkets and be responsible for their consultation and ongoing support. • You will ensure 100% distribution and implement in-store activities and promotions on supermarket shelves. • You are the face of vly — not only in the Berlin region but also at trade fairs and events, occasionally outside Berlin. In these settings you will seize opportunities to expand relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience. With your background in field sales support for retail partners at a grocery retail (LEH) company, you are already familiar with retail terminology and processes: Chep, NR, display, EAN — these are not foreign to you. • Education. You have completed vocational training, a degree, or a trainee program, ideally with a focus on sales. • Ambition. You enjoy challenges and negotiating. You are comfortable with numbers, Excel, and PowerPoint to make your achievements visible. • Passion. You are a persistent yet friendly sales talent and a bundle of energy. • Curiosity. You enjoy innovative products and can identify with a "healthy lifestyle." • Languages. Your German is excellent and your English is fluent. • Startup. You feel comfortable in a start-up culture with flat hierarchies and many opportunities.
