📋 Description

• Gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamento comercial com as companhias aéreas parceiras do programa; • Realizar negociações comerciais, revisar processos e gerenciar contratos; • Planejar e liderar atividades de acordo com a estratégia da empresa, ferramentas de marketing e análise de KPI’S, com o objetivo de buscar oportunidades e garantir o cumprimento das metas, lucratividade e participação de mercado; • Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Marketing, CRM e Pricing para realizar campanhas promocionais que estimulem o resgate aéreo e contribuam para manter o engajamento e fidelização do cliente no programa; • Realizar estudos e análise de oportunidade para rentabilização do negócio; • Liderar e participar como responsável em novas frentes de projetos com as áreas de TI, Inovação, Qualidade entre outras, que sejam geradoras de receita e/ou melhorem a experiência do cliente; • Elaborar apresentações executivas em português e inglês.

🎯 Requirements

• Ensino superior completo; • Pacote Office avançado; • Inglês avançado – que esteja confortável para conduzir conference calls, apresentações e e-mails em inglês na maior parte do tempo. • Espanhol será um diferencial; • Conhecimentos em sistemas GDS (Amadeus/ Navitaire/ Sabre); • Experiência no mercado B2B/B2C do segmento do turismo; • Experiência em projetos – como stakeholder e owner; • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
