Description
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance Department • Coordinate and implement projects to support firm's teams • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts • Manage general corporate matters and oversee outside counsel • Assist in responsibilities for firm's hedge funds • Share responsibility in legal and compliance aspects of firm's operations
Requirements
• J.D. degree • 2-7 years of relevant work experience • Strong record of academic achievement • Superior organizational and project management acumen • Excellent analytical abilities • Working knowledge of investment management laws and regulations • Familiarity with trading agreements • Authorization to work in the United States
