Description

• Ensuring integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions • Performing Bank Reconciliations and improving cash movement recognition processes • Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks • Assisting in Financial Reporting for accurate results • Preparation of Account Reconciliations to support financial statements • Analyzing account movements and resolving reconciliation variances • Streamlining and improving processes as a key team member • Handling ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required • 2-4 years experience in Corporate Accounting • CPA Preferred • Experience in financial spreadsheets, charts, and reports • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience extracting reports from financial systems • Monitoring and examining financial statements • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences • Analytical skills to evaluate financial information • Knowledge of accounting and data management systems • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines • Advanced Excel Skills, Google sheets • Experience with Oracle Fusion, Smartview or similar accounting software
