📋 Description

• Management and reconciliation of media billing (issuances, reconciliations and payment tracking). • Issuance, reconciliation and control of PIs (Insertion Orders - IOs). • Requesting, following up and validating assets/materials with creative, media and publisher teams. • Implementation, monitoring and operational adjustments of campaigns on paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, among others). • Verification of deliverables, proofs of placement and campaign reports. • Control and monitoring of pacing, schedules and other internal media controls. • Liaison with publishers, partners and internal teams for operational alignment and resolution of issues. • Ensure operational quality of campaigns and compliance with departmental processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related fields. • Experience working at an advertising agency in the media area. • Experience implementing and managing campaigns on digital media platforms. • Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads (DV360 considered a plus). • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented and strong deadline management. • Proactive, collaborative profile with good communication skills to interact with different teams.
