📋 Description

• Provide customer service for retail, tenant hotline, or energy supply projects in a 100% inbound service environment • Retail: Process orders by phone and in writing, provide delivery-time information, advise customers on products, and conduct cross-selling activities • Tenant hotline: Record and forward service requests and damage reports, and answer general questions about tenancy agreements • Energy supply: Support existing customers with contracts, tariffs, meter readings, invoices, and address changes

🎯 Requirements

• Initial practical experience in customer service, a call center, or customer support • Available to start immediately or no later than November 2 • Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. • Enjoy interacting with customers, understand diverse requests, and have a solution-oriented approach • Confident PC user with the ability to quickly learn common software, such as MS Teams, email, chat, and customer management systems • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Permanent residence in Germany; working from abroad is not possible
