• Handle incoming customer inquiries: no cold calling; manage inbound lead channel of warm leads • Qualify leads using OPAL • Attend on-site meetings with key accounts, approximately 1–2 per month • Develop and close sales opportunities through our distribution partners • Independently analyze public tenders • Prepare needs-based, tailored proposals • Follow up on and close proposals
• Proven track record of success in sales • Solid product and brand knowledge in workwear, rental laundry, or contract/industrial laundry — ideally gained at a rental laundry provider or workwear manufacturer • Strong negotiation skills, self-initiative, and high motivation • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar • Very good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
