📋 Description

• Conduct individual coaching sessions and career consultations • Support participants with career-related questions • Regularly lead online workshops and Q&A sessions on career and job application topics • Professionally optimize application documents and teach strategic professional networking • Assist participants with market positioning and preparation for HR interviews • Collaborate with the team to design the online career course on the learning platform • Review participants' cover letters, résumés and LinkedIn profiles • Organize career-service-related processes such as Slack reminders, workshop scheduling, and online events • Act as a liaison to Community Management within the Career & Community team • Contribute relevant information to cross-team communications • Support moderation and delivery of course events from welcome to closing • Contribute to a consistently positive experience for course participants

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management, or career services • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of reliability • Proactive, pragmatic working style and willingness to take ownership • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and developing creative solutions • High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment • Strong service and solution orientation • Passion for education, career development, and working with people • Native-level German • English at C1 level • Experience designing and delivering workshops is desirable • Understanding of or experience in the IT/tech sector is a plus • Experience with learning platforms (LMS) or digital learning tools is desirable • Residence in Germany or Austria • Willingness to travel approximately 3–4 times per year for team events and workshops in Berlin
