📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific online instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Plan, design, and deliver engaging lessons using a range of teaching and learning methods • Create, maintain, and continuously enhance instructional and training materials • Prepare and conduct learning assessments • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives • Support course participants on their path to successful learning outcomes • Help participants strategically develop their professional competencies

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree specializing in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or comparable further training • Several years of practical experience in human resources management, particularly employment law • Teaching qualification, such as AEVO certification, is an advantage • Enjoyment of delivering knowledge in a practical way and presenting complex topics clearly • Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work • Excellent German language skills at C2 level
