📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific online instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Plan, design, and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching and learning methods • Create, maintain, and continuously improve instructional and teaching materials • Prepare and conduct assessments of learning outcomes • Contribute to quality assurance measures • Support course participants on their path to successful learning • Help participants develop their professional skills in a targeted manner

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree specializing in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or comparable further training • Several years of practical experience in human resources management, particularly employment law • A teaching qualification, such as the AEVO trainer certification, is desirable • Enjoyment of delivering practical knowledge and presenting complex topics in an accessible way • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • Excellent German language skills at C2 level
