• Subject-specific instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Apply a variety of teaching methods for lesson design • Prepare and develop lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum • Conduct assessments to measure competency gains • Guide participants on their path to a successful professional future • Promote self-directed learning in the spirit of Learning 4.0 – digital, interactive, and practice-oriented

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or in customs administration (Dakosy) • Professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, modes of transport, and logistics • Knowledge of legal frameworks, commercial management and control, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and cooperation desirable • Teaching experience, ideally in adult education • Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering instructional content • Reliable, independent, and structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Very good German language skills (C2 level) • Pedagogical qualification, e.g. AEVO, preferably proven
