📋 Description

• Accompany participants throughout their qualification • Support with technical questions in financial accounting, tax law and accounting • Conduct learning progress interviews and document learning achievements • Identify support needs and develop appropriate solutions • Promote independent learning and effective learning organization • Support the use of digital learning media and learning platforms • Collaborate with subject-matter trainers and internal stakeholders • Represent the subject area with passion and foresight • Promote individual, practice-oriented knowledge transfer and competence development of course participants

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational qualification with professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Solid knowledge of financial accounting and double-entry bookkeeping under the German Commercial Code (HGB) • Good understanding of annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) and income-surplus calculation (EÜR) • Good knowledge of German tax law, especially VAT, income tax and the Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung) • Strong user skills in DATEV • Knowledge of cost accounting (KLR) and basic controlling principles • Ideally, experience as a trainer or lecturer • Proof of pedagogical aptitude • Willingness to support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labour market
