WBS Training is a professional training and events provider (World Business Strategies) serving the global financial community since 2000. It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized guidance and support to participants in their learning and development processes • Support the development of professional, methodological, social, and personal competencies • Create and further develop cross-module teaching and learning materials as well as practical exercises and learning prompts • Hold subject-matter responsibility for the development of the modules “Professional Office Training,” “Practical Mathematics for the Workplace,” and “Practical Mathematics for IT Professions” within the course sequence “Fundamentals for Business and Services” (GFWD) • Develop innovative learning scenarios, interactive learning prompts, and collaborative learning setups in line with Learning 4.0 • Work closely with colleagues and actively contribute to development and improvement processes • Participate in quality assurance measures and the continuous enhancement of learning offerings • Support participants as a coach, learning process facilitator, and source of inspiration and impetus • Foster exchange among participants and encourage reflection • Support participants in realizing their potential

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in education, social pedagogy, business administration, or a comparable field • Ideally: experience teaching basic skills, particularly mathematics and/or professional office training • Strong New Work mindset • Enthusiasm for guiding learning processes and developing competencies • Confident use of digital learning environments and modern collaboration and communication tools • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate • Responsible and conscientious working style • Enjoy taking responsibility for learning content and its further development • Team spirit and willingness to actively shape an open learning and working culture • Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level) • Willingness to attend at least one in-person meeting per year
