It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• As an employee of WBS TRAINING AG, you represent your field with passion and foresight • In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants • In your lesson design you act both as a content provider and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-related instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D ® • Designing and applying a variety of teaching methods for course delivery • Creating and updating teaching materials • Preparing and conducting assessments of learning outcomes • Participating in quality assurance measures

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on personnel management (HR) • Several years of professional experience in human resources with emphasis on: labour and social law, personnel leadership and development, personnel services, and temporary employment/employee leasing • Proof of pedagogical aptitude is desirable (e.g., AEVO) • Strong methodological and didactic skills in conveying course content • Reliable, independent and structured work style with a high level of personal responsibility • Excellent command of German (C2 level)
