• Primary owner for managing and exceeding channel account health performance metrics. • Aligns & communicates with channel management and channel partners on account health progress and strategies. • Leads process optimization, change management, and initiatives across divisions that impact order health, returns, our customer, and protect margins. • Responsible for managing the health of existing channel task processes and implementing new processes to exceed the demands of tomorrow’s customer. • Supports item & listing optimization by executing strategies that increase product reviews, improve review ratings, Q&A, and increase customer trust.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. • Basic analytical skills and ability to analyze moderate sized datasets to provide insights. • Action-oriented and persistence to drive solutions; communicates effectively. • Understands basics of major Microsoft applications and basic excel navigation and logical functions. • Possesses strong knowledge of customer service processes and how software systems interact with channels.
