📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 1–5 Salesforce developers, administrators, and QA engineers based in India. • Own hiring and performance management: conduct interviews, set performance goals, deliver reviews, and manage career development plans. • Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and technical excellence across the team. • Serve as the primary technical bridge between the US and India development teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools. • Own CPQ quoting and pricing rule design — managing product catalogs, pricing waterfall configurations, approval workflows, and quote template logic. • Conduct technical design reviews ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and governor limit standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience. • 3+ years of experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and/or administrators. • Proven delivery experience across Sales Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and Revenue Cloud. • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. • Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ: product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and advanced approvals. • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing: invoice runs, payment gateways, revenue recognition, and financial close processes. • Familiarity with Revenue Cloud / RLM (Revenue Lifecycle Management) configuration and data model. • Integration experience with MuleSoft, DocuSign/Conga, Sage Intacct, and data warehouse platforms (Snowflake).
