• Manage end-to-end selection processes, from defining the candidate profile to hiring • Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews • Post job openings on platforms and attract qualified candidates • Create content to attract candidates • Manage talent pools • Screen resumes and conduct interviews • Manage up to 6 selection processes simultaneously • Maintain close communication with the internal team • Ensure speed and quality in delivering shortlisted candidates • Administer tests and assessment activities as required by the role • Create and maintain an up-to-date talent database • Meet deadlines and productivity metrics
