Description

• Act as a consultant to CFO, Executive Team, and Operations Team • Dive deep into forward-looking areas to help see what’s around the corner • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuations comps • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics or relevant field • MBA, CFA, CPA, or other types of advanced degrees preferred • 2+ years supervisory experience • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel • Excellence with Microsoft PowerPoint • Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects) • Strong analytical and data gathering skills • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data • COVID-19 Vaccination Policy compliance
