Requirements

•At least 2 years of successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation in the hospitality/travel industry as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role. A network of contacts in the LATAM hospitality/industry will be considered a great plus. •Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. •Advanced interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with partners. •Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English •Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed targets. •Passionate, committed, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit. •Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality. •Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies. •Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports. •Uncompromising attention to detail. •Ace problem-solving skills. •A friendly and upbeat personality.
