📋 Description
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective application of Scrum. • Act as an impediment remover and facilitate workflow. • Track and interpret agile metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time). • Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead in prioritization and predictability. • Mediate conflicts and promote a collaborative, trust-based environment. • Encourage continuous improvement and the evolution of agile maturity. • Work with multiple teams when necessary, maintaining alignment across areas. • Lead initiatives that improve processes and increase team efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher • Experience as a Scrum Master. • Experience with Scrum. • Experience with Kanban. • Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. • Experience working with agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput). • Additional agile certifications are a plus (KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.). • Previous experience in highly complex organizational environments is a plus. • Experience with hybrid frameworks (Scrum + Kanban) is a plus. • English is a plus.
