📋 Description
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies • Source candidates through several channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit • Schedule interviews with hiring teams • Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Support employer branding projects and recruitment marketing efforts • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
🎯 Requirements
• No experience required • Up to 3 years of recruiting experience preferred in a corporate or agency setting • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
