Description

• Wheel is seeking a Sales Operations Manager who has a background in traditional Sales Operations, tools, process, and analysis • Responsible for providing operational expertise, insights and support to help Wheel’s Commercial team reach growth goals • Help retain and grow book of business, accelerate growth, manage sales and support tools, evaluate third-party solutions appropriate for GTM Operations functions, and strengthen go-to-market operations to scale across our business • Work cross functionally across Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Finance teams • Ensure Commercial team readiness, evaluating and reporting on key operational metrics, drive sales productivity through tools, optimize sales execution, and provide insights on results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-7+ years of Sales Operations, Business Operations and/or Finance experience • Strong skills and ability to manipulate data in a variety of formats, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, is required. • An understanding of relational databases, including the ability to handle data manipulation via queries • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or CRM systems is required • Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously and creatively execute projects • Ability to work independently and work within a team environment • Self starter with a strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and execute across competing priorities
