• Manage, coach, and lead a Sales Department consisting of inside and outside sales team members • Make outbound sales calls and utilize other forms of prospecting • Supervise and coach sales team on best practices • Train new sales hires • Audit sales calls and activities using various software • Track employee performance and communicate with stakeholders • Hold weekly Sales Team meetings
• Sales Experience Required - The more the better! • Coaching/Management experience required; Sales specific coaching/management experience preferred • Ability to lead by example and consistently hit personal sales goals • Strong communication skills • Ability to supervise sales process, hold sales team accountable, and make updates to the sales process • Insurance knowledge/background preferred
