Description

• Source and review for the right KOLs/influencers match for each campaign of Mantle. • Onboard and oversee day-to-day interactions with KOLs • Define creative strategy for branded content, draft creative briefs and negotiate influencer/KOL deliverable agreements. • Work with social media and business partners to identify new opportunities in KOL marketing field for Mantle, such as content co-creation, AMAs, etc. • Produce and quality control branded content with influencers/KOLs to support milestone events (product launches, major marketing moments, etc.) • Establish and well maintain long term relationships with valuable KOLs. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Mantle Ecosystem to conduct KOL marketing activities to support business growth. • Conduct data analysis of KOL performance to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in web3 marketing including community and influencer management • Extensive network with Web3 KOLs with good account management skills will be a plus • Motivated doer, self-starter, responsive team collaborator with a passion for all things crypto. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy with strong attention to details. • A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or an equivalent field
