📋 Description

• Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows • Manage paid acquisition campaigns, creative testing, and campaign optimization • Manage lead response, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation • Coordinate podcast and social media content into digital marketing campaigns • Monitor and report on lead, booking, show, conversion, and patient-economics metrics • Support the development and maintenance of a compliant patient acquisition and retention system • Manage CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation • Optimize marketing workflows to generate qualified consultations and recurring patients

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced GoHighLevel architecture and automation experience • Performance marketing experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads • Experience with conversion tracking and campaign optimization • Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems • Experience with landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation • Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows independently • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Ability to work 5:00 AM–2:00 PM PST
