📋 Description

• Facilitate new team member interviews with prospective customers by collecting candidate video interviews and distributing them to prospects • Engage with customers to understand their ideal candidate and process plan inquiries • Record ad-hoc video interview questions using VideoAsk • Collect candidate video interview answers and ensure quality meets requirements • Work with sales and recruitment to define requirements and provide candidates meeting prospect criteria • Coordinate with recruitment to generate video interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Client Management, Recruiting, or Professional Staffing • Experience speaking to candidates and conducting high-volume interviews • Experience with video conferencing software and using it to conduct interviews • Experience working with customers to understand their needs and coordinating with multiple parties to ensure demand is met • Must have the ability to professionally communicate with prospects in the English language • Experience with online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype and strong calendar management skills (nice to have) • Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication in English (nice to have) • Experience in the global outsourcing industry (nice to have) • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates (nice to have) • Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team-player attitude in a fast-moving environment (nice to have)
