📋 Description

• Maintain project files and SharePoint drive files • Handle HR onboarding for new employees • Book and coordinate pre-employment medicals • Issue employee contracts and letters of offer • Set up employees in MYOB and UKG • Assist with industry induction and employee onboarding • Maintain the employee competency register • Manage UKG payroll time entries and adjustments • Prepare and submit weekly timesheets • Maintain project and employee allowances • Ensure weekly wages are paid according to company employee agreements • Set up new project cost centres within the ERP • Maintain the MYOSH safety system, including employee onboarding, licences, competencies, renewals, compliance checks, registers, maintenance, and calibration • Schedule and book employee training • Maintain MYOSH competencies and follow up certification renewals • Schedule workforce labour daily with the Operations Supervisor • Schedule jobs weekly • Prepare three-week lookahead schedules for forecast and completion of work-in-hand projects

🎯 Requirements

• Equipment is self-provided • Computer with at least 8GB RAM • 512GB HDD/SSD • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 12th generation or newer • Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS • Secondary/external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Minimum internet speed of 40–50 Mbps for both download and upload • BIR registration and submission of required government contributions as an independent contractor • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday to Friday • English proficiency test required • Willingness to comply with Wingman IT and security requirements, including system monitoring and safety tools • Willingness to provide references and pre-employment requirements • Willingness to comply with BIR tax, NBI or Police Clearance, and government ID requirements • Understanding that the independent contractor agreement is under Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd., Singapore law, and the Singapore entity • Accounting experience screening includes payroll, reconciliation, BAS, GST, financial reports, and accounting software proficiency • Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via calls, texts, email, or other channels • Ability to manage calendars or schedule appointments • Ability to provide a 1–2 minute self-introduction video • Personality test screenshot required • Device specifications, internet speed, equipment, and work-from-home setup evidence required
