• Answer inbound calls, return missed calls, and assist new patient inquiries. • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments. • Educate patients about services and next steps. • Manage medical records and support referrals. • Send invoice reminders and follow up on outstanding balances. • Assist with insurance eligibility verification and prior authorizations when needed.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting US-based healthcare clients as a Medical Virtual Assistant. • Strong English communication skills with a professional phone presence. • Experience in medical administration and customer service. • Detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused. • Experience with Primary Care or Wellness is a plus. • Clinical experience is preferred. • Experience with Elation and Weave is a plus. • Sales or patient conversion experience is an advantage • Must speak and write English clearly and professionally. • Must have relevant work experience. • Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory). • Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required. • Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop or desktop computer, Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps), Noise-canceling headset, Working webcam for virtual meetings, Quiet and professional work environment.
