• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO/Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor and confidante to the CEO/Founder, providing strategic guidance, managing priorities, and facilitating decision-making processes. • Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with company objectives. • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration across various departments, teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and synergy. • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of business operations and identify areas for improvement. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry peers. • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization. • Leadership Development: Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the company, supporting the professional growth and development of team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief of Staff or similar position. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into action. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization. • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools • Experience in the recruitment or outsourcing industry is a plus
