• Partner with recruiting members to facilitate a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Schedule candidate interviews. • Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives regarding candidate schedules, timelines, and related events. • Administer candidate assessments if/when applicable. • Track and manage candidate progress, follow-up with candidates in a timely manner. • Assist with offer letter creation, approval routing, and administering to candidates via DocuSign. • Partner with internal and external counsel to support hiring in new countries • Work closely with recruiting team and Manager, TA Operations to ensure candidate experience is always top of mind. Discuss pitfalls, process improvements, etc. • Assist with other ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives.
• At least one year of recruiting coordination experience • Strong organization and time management skills; including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives simultaneously • Ability to solve problems and advocate process improvement opportunities • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to new systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • ATS (Greenhouse) experience a plus
