• 5+ years of experience in SaaS subscription-based sales • Demonstrated track record of long-term success and upward internal career progression in previous quota-carrying sales roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS HR Technology sector, ideally in pre-employment assessments, employee development, or disruptive technology • Demonstrated expertise selling to mid-market organizations with 250-2500 employees; enterprise (2500+ employees) experience is a plus • Extensive experience in selling solutions to executives across various industries • Experience building your own pipeline by sourcing your own opportunities
