📋 Description

• Support the Lead ERM Administrator in managing the Materials Management System (MMS), AVEVA ERM, including administration, configuration, and support. • Support end-to-end materials lifecycle management during project execution. • Act as a focal point for the MMS in the assigned scope/location. • Provide guidance to regional focal points and delivery leads while maintaining regional accountability. • Troubleshoot product issues and log issues in the supplier’s support portal when required. • Assist with testing MMS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. • Assist with root-cause analysis of systemic issues and implementation of corrective actions. • Assist with developing new reports and SQL views where appropriate. • Assist with rollout of the MMS and associated materials lifecycle-management processes. • Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Construction to configure the MMS according to client and project requirements and guide compliant system usage. • Set up new contracts and projects within the MMS, including assistance with new interfaces. • Act as a Material Management Support Specialist or Local Materials Management Focal Point when required. • Contribute to MMS administration procedures and training materials. • Provide user training and respond to user queries when required. • Coordinate user access to the materials management system when required. • Provide input to pursuits, execution strategies, and client engagements. • Support a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on delivery excellence. • Apply product-specific standards, configuration rules, and lifecycle controls. • Assist with compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and information-management requirements. • Contribute documentation on deployment configurations, known constraints and limitations, and approved deviations. • Escalate strategic, commercial, or systemic risks to the Product Owner.

🎯 Requirements

• Individual with qualifications and experience in material management lifecycle activities for EPC companies. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in activities associated with the control of project material requirements for the engineering design, procurement and construction of Oil & Gas facilities. • Expert in the administration and support of all AVEVA ERM modules. • Strong knowledge of all stages of the material management lifecycle, including Material Take-offs, Requisitioning, Tendering, Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection, Material Allocation, Shipping, and Surplus Management. • In-depth technical knowledge of project materials, including requirements derived from local and international codes & standards and client-specific requirements. • Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team. • High computer skills, with preference for programming in LUA and high Excel functionality knowledge. • SQL query writing for report development within MMS beneficial. • Basic Oracle database knowledge beneficial. • Strong understanding of incoming and outgoing materials-management data sources, including 3D CAD and ERP systems. • Understanding of how Pipe Classes and commodity code/part numbers relate to and drive 3D CAD and plant design to deliver project materials. • Must be fluent in English. • Strong verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent customer service mindset. • Structured and systems-oriented thinker.
