• Seeking a senior executive with extensive operational experience ready to move into a hands-on role • Work closely with the CEO of Woolf to build out the CEO office and create a small project management team • At the center of the central administration in a group of high IQ, low ego operators working with technical software and regulatory requirements • Access to privileged legal, commercial, and financial information • Highly organized, detail-oriented role requiring high levels of trust and confidentiality • Self-starter with entrepreneurial flair and team player attitude • Role demands flexibility, resourcefulness, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership or elite management consulting with significant, extensive executive responsibilities • Readiness for hands-on work in a smaller operating environment • Willingness to work closely with the CEO, based in Silicon Valley, with occasional long hours and weekend touchpoints • Proactive, high energy, high precision with frequent concise communication • Ability to hire and manage operations team within the CEO office • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
