📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across EMEA for diverse technical roles in Engineering and Product and business roles in Sales, Operations, and Marketing • Support the design and execution of pre-boarding and onboarding • Use creative sourcing strategies, AI search tools, and direct outreach to discover diverse talent across EMEA markets • Deliver a fast, transparent, and memorable candidate experience • Advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, market trends, and talent pipelines • Track conversion metrics and shorten time-to-hire using data • Continuously refine talent acquisition practices • Ensure inclusive hiring frameworks and fair evaluation standards throughout the hiring funnel • Collaborate with Hiring Managers, People Operations, and Department Leads across EMEA • Ensure accurate contract generation and compliance across hiring and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist covering both Technical and Business roles within EMEA • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time-management skills • Ability to balance multiple high-priority requisitions • Solid practical understanding of Workable ATS • Seamless collaboration across Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Proficiency in AI-powered recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) • High stakeholder management and influence competencies • Track record of coaching hiring managers toward swift, smart decisions • Top-tier written and verbal communication skills • Ability to craft compelling candidate outreach and articulate complex information clearly across fully remote teams • Meticulous attention to detail • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Experience recruiting within HR-tech, SaaS, or Employer of Record (EOR) sectors • Proven knowledge of EMEA labor market dynamics, compensation standards, and remote-first candidate preferences • Hands-on experience designing employer branding campaigns or hosting virtual recruitment events
