Description

• Own and drive the roadmap for managing contributions to pension, health, and administrative funds—including calculation, reporting, and remittance—while also developing scalable tools to enhance our operations team's effectiveness. • Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements. • Leverage data and work closely with cross-functional leads to prioritize the problems that are most impactful for us to solve. • Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience working closely with engineering teams on technically-complex products • Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization • Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas. • Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate • Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion • Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industries
